Chris Mulinder - OMA435H

Since picking the Chesil Speedster up from Dorchester in July 2001, we have enjoyed many miles of fun including a trip to Le Touquet and a couple of car shows. (click on pics to enlarge)

The car as you can see has little of the standard Speedster body trim but does contain an original Porsche Type 616/33 Engine P011796.

This 1965 engine is a 1500cc twin carb known as the 'Late Industrial Series' and was produced in the period between the 356 and 912. According to Harry Pellow, the Maestro, this engine saw service as an auxiliary power unit in Luftwaffe F-104 Jets playing its part in the Cold War.
