I am a new member of the Speedsters Club. I have recently
completed a LHD Vintage Speedster built on a modified 1955 365A
floor pan.
The car has been constructed from many original 356 bitz to
the highest possible standard irrespective of cost. It is registered
as a Historic Porsche 356 with a really nice 4 digit number plate
(valued at £4,000).
The soft top is almost water tight and built along the original
356 lines, providing ample headroom for a 6' 3" driver.
I have a matching full toneau and hood cover.
The car has only covered 2,500 and is in concourse condition
and has just completed a faultless run to the Le Mans 24 hour
race.
This vehicle is indistinguishable from the genuine article,
has a twelve month MOT and is exempt from road tax.

| Vehicle is painted
in 1960's Mercedes Titanium Red metallic paint, providing a fabulously
rich, almost pearlescent finish. Aluminium stamped number plates
with a four digit registration number valued at £4,000. |
The interior and
seat backs are fully carpeted in genuine ërestoration qualityí
grey ribbed Porsche carpet. Lap seat belts add to the authenticity.

 |
 |
|
The car is powered by a brand new VW 1642 hydraulic valve
type II engine with a 3.88 gearbox which has only covered 2,500
miles.
